Cancellation Policy
At The Salon Society, we strive to create a calm, luxurious, and welcoming experience for every guest. Please note that all prices are starting points and may vary based on time, product usage, and individual hair needs. Service times are estimates, so we encourage clients to plan ample time for their visit. All services are non-refundable, and because color is a chemical process, results cannot be guaranteed. If a guest chooses not to have their hair dried, we cannot guarantee the final outcome. Cancellations require 48 hours notice unless an emergency is communicated; no-call/no-show appointments will require a $50 deposit to rebook. Guests arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to be rescheduled. Children and additional guests are welcome but must be supervised and respectful of all staff and patrons; any damage will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian, and disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave and may affect future visits. The Salon Society reserves the right to refuse service to anyone to maintain a safe and positive environment.
